Every line has an audit sheet
Behind every BOQ line is the element list that produced it. You can trace the number to the model. A matching total is not evidence its parts are right — the audit sheet is the warranty.
Services
Every job is quoted individually, from your model. Delivered as an Excel workbook with the audit sheet behind every line. The model check comes first, and it is free.
The idea
The industry makes you model every layer that has to be calculated — and the quantities still come out wrong, because the model was never the measurement.
We derive plaster, paint, tile, screed, skirting, formwork and wall items from the geometry already in your model, in code. You model the building; we measure it. That is the entire pitch.
What each service covers
We quote each job individually — from the model, after the free check, so the number reflects what is actually there rather than an average. Domestic clients are quoted in ETB, international clients in USD.
ParasPaint is an alternative to ParasPlaster, not a fifth trade: the same engine run covers paint alone, or plaster and paint together. Tell us which scope you need and we quote that — one number for the job, not a rate card to interpret.
Process
The model check is not a sales call. It is a real document you can use whether or not you hire us.
A Revit file (.rvt), or CAD drawings if that is all you have. Message us on +251 911 544 431 — if you would rather not send the file, ask about other arrangements.
One page: what is wrong with it, what that will cost you, and whether we can measure it. No charge, no obligation.
You approve the price. We deliver the BOQ and the audit sheets behind every line. Pay by TeleBirr.
Training
A course for the drafters and architects already on your staff. It is not about programming the Revit API — it is about the two things that actually save a studio time: drawing a table of elements, and editing that table in bulk.
Who it is for: drafters, architects and BIM coordinators. No coding background assumed.
// every wall in the model, as a table you can edit
GetElements<Wall>()
.Select(wl => new {
wl.Id,
wl.Name,
Top_Offset = wl.GetStr("Top Offset")
})
.Table()
That is the whole trick. Draw the table, edit the column in Excel, push it back — the top offset of every wall in the building, once, instead of three hundred times.
Requirements
LOD 300 — correct geometry. That is all.
No finishes, no formwork, no material layers.
We build the model to the same checklist, then measure it. The modelling is a separately priced line — quoted after the same free check.
Why us
Behind every BOQ line is the element list that produced it. You can trace the number to the model. A matching total is not evidence its parts are right — the audit sheet is the warranty.
HCB 100/150/200, DWA (site-assembled curtain wall), Ethiopian material naming, local cost data. Nobody else has this encoded — it is not on GitHub to be copied.
A BOQ is priced against; contractors commit money to it. Someone has to be answerable. An AI tool cannot be sued. We can. That is a product, not a feature.
